We are still waiting for approval from the various states to approve use of this technology, but we expect approval in the coming months.  Merchant Enterprises can sell Lotto tickets for Mega Millions and Powerball tickets (which combined sales account for 43% of the $53 billion in Lotto tickets sold annually) via the Monimax 5000ce and the 1800ce ATM’s.  It works like this:  The ATM will ask you if you would like to withdraw money or purchase Lotto tickets.  The customer can select the quantity of 5, 10, or 20 Lotto tickets.  If the customer were to select 10 tickets, the ATM will deduct the cost of the Lotto tickets from the customers checking/savings account and print the 10 quick pick Lotto tickets for the customer.
